VIP Channel service including greeting at the airplane bridge, VIP express channel for health & quarantine and immigration, baggage claim, customs and escorted to the arrival exit

This service should be booked 48 hours in advance of the flight departure time. Changes or cancellations within 24 hours will be nonrefundable and non-changeable.

Children under 2 years of age are free.

Greeting at the airplane bridge with passenger name and signage.

Accompany to flight terminal by MRT (for satellite hall flights only).

Escort the passenger through the VIP express channel for health & quarantine and immigration

Assistance in claiming checked luggage

Escorted to the arrival exit

Please leave your hotel detail information (Arrival Flight number, Hotel information, Passenger Passport details including full name, passport number, nationality) when you are doing the booking, or to contact Gray Line Shanghai 24 hours prior to tour departure to reconfirm your pick-up location.

In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, government traffic control, big events, attractions and closed by accident and other specific circumstances, Gray Line Shanghai owns the right to make the temporary adjustment of the itinerary.
